Covid-19, Lockdowns and Financial Hardship in Rural Areas
To coincide with the publication of the report, “Rural Lives: Understanding Financial Hardship and Vulnerability in Rural Areas” we ran two online events in March, where we discussed the findings, followed by responses from politicians and rural stakeholders. Recordings of the events can be accessed here. The Scottish event was hosted by John Scott MSP, on March 22, and the English one was run in partnership with the Rural Coalition on March 23, and hosted by the Bishop of St Albans.
